ILG member firms work with clients to provide a wide range of construction legal services. We assist clients in a variety of aspects of construction, including in procurement and contract drafting and negotiation, in advising on the management of risk during live projects to avoid or limit potential liabilities and in dealing with disputes, whether through mediation, adjudication, arbitration (domestic or international) or litigation.

We are experienced in working on international contracts and disputes, advising on the most appropriate choice of law and jurisdiction and with working with lawyers across different jurisdictions for that purpose. Our knowledge of domestic and international projects enables successful procurement, management and completion of projects as well as resolution of any disputes that may arise.

Our understanding of the construction industry is invaluable in advising insurers in connection with coverage disputes under PI, PL, CAR/EAR and Property policies, in defending claims made against insureds as well as in pursuing subrogated claims on behalf on insurers and their insureds.
